Shipping & Delivery

Shipping charges are based on standard UPS and USPS shipping rates, which are determined by package weight, size, and shipping address. All items sold are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in the same condition as when they left our factory.

Bossler & Sweezey currently ships daily using the following methods:

Within the Continental United States – UPS Ground, UPS 3rd Day Select, UPS 2nd day Air, and UPS Next Day Air, USPS Express Mail, USPS Priority Mail, & USPS Parcel Post.

International – USPS Global Express Guaranteed, USPS Express International, USPS Priority International.

Please keep in mind when choosing a shipping method that UPS does not consider Saturday or Sunday normal delivery days and these days are not counted when figuring delivery period. For example, if an item is ordered on Thursday morning using UPS 3 day select, your package will arrive Tuesday. Bossler & Sweezey is not responsible for delivery delays after package leaves our factory. Bossler & Sweezey processes and ships orders Monday through Friday between 8 am – 4 pm.

Shipping costs are F.O.B. Bellport, New York unless drop shipped direct from one of the manufacturers we carry. We make every effort to ship orders placed by 1pm EST on the same day, yet we reserve the right to take up to 24 hours to ship items. If damage occurs in shipping, claims must be made with the carrier, NOT Bossler & Sweezey. Shortages and errors must be reported to Bossler & Sweezey within 5 days of receiving order.

Privacy & Security

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.

We use the information you provide about yourself when submitting a request only to fulfill that request. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to fulfill your request or order.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

You can register with our website if you would like to receive our catalog as well as updates on our new products and services. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Returns & Replacements

All returns must receive Return Authorization prior to shipping the item back to Bossler & Sweezey. Please provide written explanation with original sales date and invoice number and send to info@propfixer.com or contact us at 631-286-0458.

Used/ Reconditioned propellers are final sale. Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of the Shop Manager. All propellers sold as Used, Reconditioned or Demo are sold at a considerable reduction in price and we provide as much information about condition, prior use and size as we can. However, used propellers are just that, used. Diameters may not be full size, for example. All propellers have been gone over by one of our technicians and are set to factory specs using pitch blocks.

We will not sell any propeller if there is a concern regarding the future performance or integrity of said propeller. Propeller selection is the responsibility of the consumer. Propeller hubs are not guaranteed, they are too many external and uncontrollable factors that may lead to hub failure.

All items to be returned must be in original packaging, packed in the same manner as you received it, in new condition with a copy of invoice. Items that are returned within thirty (30) days of purchase will receive a full refund of purchase price or exchange. Refunds are processed within 7 business days and credit given in the same form as original purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer unless the order was picked incorrectly by Bossler & Sweezey or the item is deemed defective.
